Welcome To The Lord Byron Inn
The Lord Byron Inn is a charming pub that dates back to the 17th century. It has a restaurant, also a large conservatory suitable for functions, bed & breakfast accommodation with free Wi-Fi and is situated just over 2 miles south of Cambridge city centre off Juntion 11 of the M11.
The main pub has a large garden and a children’s play area. The en-suite bed & breakfast rooms are in a separate annexe which has been designed to fit the style of the original building.
Cambridge rail station is approximately 2 miles from the Inn with an average 10-minute taxi journey or the number 7 bus which goes right to the station. There is a supermarket just 5 minutes' walk away and a petrol station and local shops close by.
The Lord Byron Inn is well-served for public transport, with regular buses to Cambridge city centre passing very nearby (numbers 7, 26 and 27) and the 'park-and-ride' bus service into the centre less than 15 minutes' walk away.
The Lord Byron has free private parking on site and the historic village of Grantchester, along with Byron's Pool, is a mile from the building. Addenbrooke's Hospital is also just over 5 minutes’ drive away, or again reachable on the number 7 bus.
